We offer you standard shipping, with which your order will usually be sent to you within 24 hours. Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over €25. Below 25€ shipping costs 4.95€. Please note that the shipping costs can change for special discount campaigns.
Delivery is always from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partner DHL (goods shipment).

You have the option of returning the goods to the following address within 30 days of receipt of your order without giving a reason.

Your first and last name must be clearly visible on the package.
We only accept returns for new and unworn goods. For swimwear only with the integrated hygiene label. If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance (coco@lingery.com). Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded .
If you want to return two orders to us, you are welcome to send them back to us together.
The credit will be made in the way you specified as the payment method. If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. When paying with PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. For invoices via Klarna: If you have already transferred the full invoice amount, Klarna will transfer the corresponding amount back to your account. If you have not yet transferred the amount, your invoice will be cancelled.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer to bear the costs for returns and ask you, in the event of a return, to stamp your package sufficiently and keep the receipt. This is how you make sure that your package gets to us.
